Your Responsibilities:

• Work on product vision, goals, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
• Convert customer, market, and business requirements into clear and concise user stories, themes, and features for the development team
• Work closely with Scrum teams, user experience designer, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity on requirements, provide guidance, and ensure features are delivered as expected
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members to inform product improvements
• Be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of the team’s work on cloud services and platform solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Your Energy

• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
• Familiarity with the relevant industry needs of electrical power grid operators, for example CIM Based Network Models, Outage Management, Asset Management and Data Management
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a tech environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes
• Understanding of technical aspects and the ability to communicate effectively with scrum team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse, cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and feedback into actionable insights
• Experience with product management tools like Jira & Confluence

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in SaaS or cloud-based products
• Experience in driving ML/AI initiatives from concept to delivery in enterprise software
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of API-first strategy
• Exposure to customer journey mapping and product discovery techniq
