These are the Terms & Conditions that apply to IPS-Company Group (“IPS”) clients that attend events produced and presented by IPS.
Date: 28-30 September 2026
Location Venue: Inspire 2026 is organized in Dubai, Grand Hyatt Hotel, address Riyadh Street – Sheikh Rashid Rd – Dubai Healthcare City – Dubai – United Arab Emirates.
Payments: All bookings made prior to the user meeting must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent.
Payment method: Through the Webstore – Bank transfer based on pro forma invoice with UPN + QR code, Credit cards via Stripe, PayPal (account or card).
Participation fee: General admission for the event is 649,00 €. Early bird net admission for registrations before 1st of February, 2026 is 519,00€ All prices are net without any local tax and duties.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be made. Instead, a credit will be immediately issued to attend the next Inspire 2026. No credit will be given for cancellation made within two (2) weeks of the first event date. Substitutions may be made up to 72 hours prior to the first event date. If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend the user meeting, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued.
Program: The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the program, without notifying the participants. All changes will be posted on the user meeting website.
Speakers: Views expressed by speakers are their own. IPS cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the user meeting or in any material provided to attendees. IPS may use the speaker’s name and presentation materials for promoting attendance at the user meeting. Presentations and papers including all associated artwork and illustrations will not be returned unless specifically requested by the author. The papers must be objective and completely free of advertising and commercialism. IPS may audio and/or video tape the speaker’s session and the recording may be reproduced as part of the overall event materials. IPS may reproduce copies of the speaker’s presentation (e.g. PowerPoint slides or supporting handouts) on paper and/or electronically and these may be part of the overall hand-out materials during the user meeting and after the event. Any acknowledgement regarding Copyright or support should be included at the end of the abstract/presentation. Speakers who do not wish to give permission or want to withdraw the permission for the above terms and conditions, have the right to contact the events team at any time, before and after the commencement of the user meeting.
Data Protection: Submitting notification of participation in the Inspire 2026 or the purchase of a ticket to the Inspire 2026 constitutes the agreement and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Attendees are obliged to familiarize with Terms & Conditions. By submitting registration details, attendees agree to allow IPS and companies associated with the user meeting to contact them regarding their services. Attendees who do not wish to receive such communications please contact the events team at inspire@ips-energy.com . The contact details (name, surname and email) of registered attendees will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees for them to see who is at the user meeting for the purpose of networking and meetings. Particular rules concerning the collection and processing of personal data are set forth in the IPS Data Privacy Notice (https://ips-energy.com/privacy/). Attendees who do not wish to be included on this list should advise IPS at any time from the time of booking onwards to request the deletion of their data. The personal data collected for this purpose will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil this purpose and will be deleted once it is no longer required, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law and other applicable laws.
Insurance: The attendee is responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the user meeting. IPS cannot be held liable for any loss, liability, or damage to personal property.
Marketing Materials: IPS reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by IPS in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by IPS. IPS has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of Attendees, Sponsors, Exhibitors and their Exhibits including its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to the Attendee, Sponsor or Exhibitor, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be IPS’ sole property, free of any claims of Attendee, Exhibitor or Sponsor or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the Attendee, Exhibitor or Sponsor. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to vest in, or transfer to, any of the attendee, speaker or a third party any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by IPS or any of its affiliates; nor do these Terms and Conditions grant any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of IPS or its affiliates, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of IPS and its affiliates.
Visa Requirements / Invitation Letter: It is the attendee’s sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Your registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, IPS will not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf. To receive an invitation letter for the user meeting, you must first register and pay the registration fees in full. Credentials: IPS-issued credentials are the sole property of the User meeting Inspire Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to IPS representatives. IPS-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the user meeting or designated off-site activities. False certification of an individual as an attendee or attendee’s representative, misuse of an attendee badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the event, will be just cause for expelling the attendee and his representative(s) from the user meeting and/or banning them from future entrance into the user meeting.
Admittance: In its sole discretion and without refund, IPS reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the user meeting anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the user meeting or any other attendee
Disclaimer: Attendees acknowledge that the venue, timings, speakers and programme of the user meeting are subject to reasonable changes. IPS may at any time, with or without giving notice, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason, change, cancel or postpone the user meeting, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. In any case, neither IPS nor any of its officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person.
Force Majeure: IPS shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental, or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of IPS or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, IPS may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without liability on the part of IPS. In the event the user meeting cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, IPS shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. IPS will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
