When and where is the event happening?
The event will take place from the 28th to the 30th of September 2026, in the Grand Hyatt, Dubai.
Are early-bird discounts available?
Yes. Early-bird discounts are available. The purchase of discounted tickets is possible until January 31, 2026.
Is there a preferred accommodation I can book?
You can book your accommodation directly with the Grand Hyatt, where the event will be held. We have arranged a special rate for our attendees, which can be accessed through our booking link. Please note that space is limited, so we recommend securing your room as soon as possible.
If I book my ticket online, how can I collect it?
Once your ticket is paid for online, your registration is secured. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details, which will serve as your proof of registration.
Where can I review my registration information?
You can review your registration details in the confirmation email you receive after completing your registration. If you experience any issues with the email or your registration, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly via email for assistance.
Is there a group discount available?
Yes, a group discount is automatically applied when purchasing 3 tickets, one is automatically added for free.
Where can I find the information about the event agenda and schedule?

I need a visa to enter the UAE for the INSPIRE event. Can the organizer assist me?
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own visas. If you require an entry visa, please allow sufficient time for the application process. An official invitation letter can be provided once you’ve completed registration and paid the fee. In this case contact us to request the invitation letter.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
No, unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds if you simply change your mind after registering. This policy helps us plan and allocate resources effectively. However, credit will be immediately issued to attend the next IPS user meeting. If you do not cancel your registration or fail to attend the user meeting, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued.
If the event is cancelled, how do I get my refund?
If the event is cancelled, your credit will be immediately issued to attend the next IPS user meeting, or refund will be issued using the same payment method you used at registration, within 20 business days, depending on the Company’s decision for all attendees.
