Do you want to contribute to the digital future? The IPS Global Group is looking for a Senior Accountant:
- General legal support and review of all proposed legal documents for the company and standardization, updating and maintenance of contract/agreement forms
- Working with the project management team, clients and potential clients to negotiate agreements or contracts, taking into account local laws and practices
- Regularly revises contractual obligations and responsibility for compliance with regulations
- Ensures compliance with global regulations and standards regarding GDPR, data protection and regulatory aspects related to the IT industry
- Clarifying legal issues or specifics to everyone in the organization
- Keeps abreast of all changes in legislation that may have an impact on IPS-Company Group
- Provides legal advice in the field of labor and employment
- Consulting with managers in the company on issues that may arise
- Communication with employees and training regarding content and application of procedures
- reparation of reports and the database of legal acts, documents and court processes of the company, work on the formation of the database of contracts and taking the necessary actions in order to comply with the Law on Archiving
- Participates in the changes/amendments of the Rulebook on job systematization, other general acts from the field of work, as well as individual acts from labor relations
- Adherence to internal rules at work, through knowing and respecting the provisions of various procedures, regulations, decisions, etc., relevant to the employee’s field of work, as well as making proposals for the improvement and improvement of all internal rules of work and business
Your Energy
- Degree in Law
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience in legal research, writing and document drafting
- Experience in various legal jurisdictions is highly welcome
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused demeanor
- Team player with high attention to detail and a strong focus on the quality of work
- Proficient English language skills
